July 13, 2017, The Woodlands, TX – Construction will begin soon on a second Houston-area location for the popular Popbar™ gelato bar. Moon Commercial Construction was awarded a contract to build out the Popbar franchise in Pearland Town Center at 11200 Broadway Street in Pearland, TX.

Moon Commercial is also the builder of the Popbar in Houston’s Baybrook Mall.

Popbar pioneered handcrafted, customizable gelato-on-a-stick desserts. Founded in New York in 2010, the company continues to expand with franchise operations nationwide.
