• Conduct project review and client need analysis
• Assemble design-stage skills/disciplines (architects, engineers and other specialists)
• Assess scope and schedule
Design Development
• Work as intermediary between the design team and client to incorporate client desires
• Offer suggestions to improve design and functionality
• Provide a preliminary construction budget based on 50% construction documents
• Perform meticulous review of prints to identify possible conflicts/problems and avoid costly delays and rework during the construction phase
• Advise on potential cost-saving alternatives
